In the city that made the $55 nightly fee normal, the exceptions fit on one page. Each entry below is a list-price verification against published fee trackers, dated, with its source count and a parking flag. Where we only found one source, the row says so. These are list prices, not live quotes for your dates; reconfirm at booking.

02The honest inverse: what the big names charge
| Property | Resort fee, per night | With 13.38% tax |

| MGM Grand | $50.00 | $56.69 |
| Bellagio | $55.00 | $62.36 |

| Caesars Palace | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| The Venetian | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| The Palazzo | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| Wynn | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| Encore | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| The Cosmopolitan | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| Paris | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| Planet Hollywood | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| Resorts World | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| Fontainebleau | $55.00 | $62.36 |
| Mandalay Bay | $50.00 | $56.69 |
| Park MGM | $50.00 | $56.69 |
| New York-New York | $45.00 | $51.02 |
Nine more properties are listed by a single tracker and not yet cross-confirmed, so they stay out of the table: Flamingo at $50, Harrah's at $50, The LINQ at $50, Luxor at $45, Excalibur at $45, Circus Circus at $45, Golden Nugget (Downtown) at $46, Circa (Downtown) at $50, Fremont (Downtown) at $34. Treat those as approximate until we can double-source them. The three Downtown names in that list sit on the 13% to 13.38% side of the county tax line, so their taxed fee runs slightly lower than the Strip column above.
03What "no resort fee" does and does not mean
It means the property charges no mandatory nightly amenity fee on top of the room, so the lodging tax lands on the room alone. It does not mean free parking, which is why every register row carries a parking flag; we verified parking only where the flag appears, not exhaustively. And it does not survive a rebrand quietly: a "destination fee" or "facilities fee" by another name is still a resort fee, and a property that adds one comes off this register.
Verification detail: fee statuses were read on July 22, 2026 from SmarterVegas (tracker updated July 21, 2026) and LasVegasJaunt (updated January 1, 2026), with GoVegasGuide (updated June 2024) and Vegas.com used as older secondary confirmation only. The top $55 Strip fee works out to $62.36 a night once taxed; the full room arithmetic lives on the cost page, and several no-fee chains cluster in the off-Strip area priced in the area guide.
04Register questions, short answers
Does no resort fee mean free parking?
No. On this register Best Western Plus Casino Royale, the Jockey Club, Marriott's Grand Chateau, Desert Rose Resort, and Binion's park guests free, while Four Queens and the off-Strip chains (Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Place, Residence Inn) charge a nightly parking fee. Each row carries its flag.
Can loyalty status get the resort fee waived?
Often, at the top tiers. Caesars Diamond and above, MGM Rewards Pearl and above, and the top Wynn, Hilton, and Hyatt tiers can waive resort fees at participating properties. Mid tiers generally do not.
